The Palmetto Fiber Arts Guild is a non-profit organization started in January 2004 with the intention of forming a network of fiber art enthusiasts in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The term "Fiber Arts" includes, but is not limited to: Spinning, Weaving, Felting, Natural Dyeing, Quilting and other fabric arts, Knitting, Crocheting, Tatting, Basket Making and Beading. Currently we have a roster of approximately 20 members, and we invite everyone to join!
The Palmetto Fiber Arts Guild is a non-profit organization dedicated to stimulating public interest in and appreciation for the full spectrum of fiber arts. Our mission is to educate and inspire our members and the community, improve skills, encourage creativity and preserve fiber traditions.

General meetings and programs are the 3rd Saturday of every month (except December) at 2:00 PM at "The Meeting Place" at 1077 E. Montague Avenue in North Charleston.
Directions from I-26: take the E. Montague exit. Go over Rivers Ave. and through Park Circle. Go over the RR tracks and past N. Charleston High School. The Meeting Place is in the newly revitalized section on the right with ample parking on both sides of the street.
